Orders

Mavi & Rae uses a simple and secure checkout process for quick, easy purchasing. Select the item on any produc page and then select the size, color and quantity for each item. Next, click on “Add to Cart”. At any time you can click on the shopping bag icon located in the upper right corner of your screen. Follow the steps and enter the information needed to complete the checkout process.
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel or change your order. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at sales@maviandrae.com.
Sometimes we send items in separate packages. If an item is missing from your order, it is most likely still on its way. Please refer to your item(s) tracking number. In the unlikely circumstance that an item was not included in your package(s) after you have received your complete order please contact us.
We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and is among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card numbers, name, address, phone numbers and emails. This also means that any information that we collect will not be disclosed to third parties unless it is part of providing a service to you or where we have your permission to do so.

Returns
We will do all we can to fix any issues. Please choose your items carefully. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for incorrectly placed orders (ie. wrong size, wrong color). Instead, we invite you to return the item for a refund and place another order. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to intiate a claim for a refund. If the item is damaged we will fix this for you right away. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

Shipping
Yes! We offer Worldwide Shipping to all of our customers. You can select your preferred shipping option at the checkout. You can read more about our shipping options here.
When you place an order, an email confirmation is sent along with a tracking number. Your tracking number will show you when your order was shipped and when it should arrive. Please allow the maximum amount of days per your shipping option before contacting us. *Also keep in mind there may be extended delivery times during this time.
Please allow the maximum number of days per your shipping option for your package to be delivered. If your package was shipped domestically, you should have received a tracking number on your shipping confirmation email. Use this to determine if the package is still in transit. If your package is determined to be missing, please contact us at sales@maviandrae.com.
